Free Sports Physicals

Parents:
Promedica will be offering free sports physicals at Northwood High School on Wednesday, July 14th from Noon-8 P.M. The physicals will only be for Northwood student-athletes entering grades 7-12 this fall.
Physical forms are available online at OHSAA.org or can be picked up in the school office.
