2020-2021 Open Enrollment

If you are interested in open enrolling your child/children in Northwood Local Schools for the 2020-2021 school year, please read the Open Enrollment Guidelines and complete the application below for each child. Important information to remember:
- Applications will be accepted May 1, 2020 – May 30, 2020.
- Applications and supporting documents can be emailed to nsmith@northwoodschools.org, faxed to 419-697-2470, mailed to the school at 600 Lemoyne Rd., Northwood, OH 43619 or dropped off at the school office Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 8 am – 12 pm.
- Make sure to read the “Open Enrollment Guidelines” so you know what supporting documents need to be submitted with the application. Applications that do not have all of the required supporting documents will be marked as incomplete and may not be considered for enrollment.
