  • A meeting for 11th grade parents will be held on February 17 at 5 pm to discuss what you can be doing now in preparation for your upcoming senior year.  Topics will include college applications, campus visits, college admission testing, financial aid/scholarships and electronic resources.  We strongly encourage you to attend as there are many tasks you can complete this spring and summer to reduce your stress next fall.

  • Marco’s Pizza Night—Wednesday, February 24. Support the Athletic Boosters by ordering on this night. The boosters will receive 15% of all sales generated by the school.

  • Attention Current Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors:  Northwood's Yearbook is looking for students who are interested in applying for positions on next year's staff.  Successful applicants need to meet deadlines, work independently and use a digital camera and computer to produce creative page layouts.  See Mrs. James in the library to pick up an application.  Completed applications and mock layout are due by Friday Feb. 19.

  • “Don’t Stress Over the Dress”-March 11 (3-8pm), March 12 (11-5pm) and March 13 (1-4 pm) at the Findlay Village Mall. Gowns are available at no charge in all sizes and styles. Shoes, jewelry and other prom related items are also available. Each girl is able to receive ONE dress. Each girl may bring one guest (parent or friend) to help them shop. Girls must be present…adults cannot shop for them. If you have dresses to donate, contact the Perrysburg Office (419-318-5464) or Maumee Office (419-891-3000).

  • Teen Institute is having a Teens for Jeans Drive from January 29 through February 29. This will be a battle of the classes and teachers. Donations will be recorded by class. The winning class will get a prize. You can donate new or gently used jeans (any size or color). There will be a collection during lunches and at basketball games. Collection boxes are in the cafeteria, by the ticket table and outside of the concession stand. Teen Institute has a goal of at least 100 pairs of jeans.

  • All students interested in applying for National Junior Honor Society or National Honor Society must complete 5 hours of community service and have the community service form completed by the end of the school day Feb. 26.  Community service forms will not be accepted after the deadline.  Please contact Mrs. Toflinski or Mrs. Semler with questions.
